The Cutting Edge C.E. Conference (formerly the Cutting Edge Music Business Conference) was held in New Orleans August 21 – 24. Discussions during the conference events ranged from “Hot Topics” and “Current Trends” in today’s entertainment business. Sessions held included subjects like entertainment law, music business, film financing, and tax credits, while the Roots Music and NewWorks had their showcases.

NOMAF Board President Dr. Peggy Honoré attended the Awards Program on Friday, August 23rd to congratulate Detroit Brooks and his wife Kanako and the Executive staff at BreakThru Magazine.
